১. পণ্য চেক করে নেওয়ার সুবিধা: আমাদের ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থাতেই আপনি প্যাকেট খুলে পণ্য চেক করে নিতে পারবেন। যদি পণ্য ভাঙা থাকে, ভুল পণ্য যায় বা ছবিতে যেমন দেখেছেন তেমন না হয়, তবে সাথে সাথেই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন। এর জন্য কোনো টাকা বা ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে না। ২. ৩ দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি: ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর যদি আপনি কোনো যান্ত্রিক ত্রুটি (Manufacturing Defect) বা সমস্যা পান, তবে পণ্য রিসিভ করার ৩ দিনের (৭২ ঘণ্টা) মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে। আমরা বিনামূল্যে সেটি পরিবর্তন করে নতুন পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দেব। ৩. রিফান্ড: যদি আপনি অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করে থাকেন এবং আমরা পণ্য স্টকে না থাকার কারণে ডেলিভারি দিতে ব্যর্থ হই, তবে ৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে আপনার সম্পূর্ণ টাকা রিফান্ড করা হবে।

Detailed Refund and Return Policy
At Mega Click BD, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns on Delivery (Spot Return) We offer a “Check and Receive” service. You are encouraged to inspect the product in front of the delivery personnel.
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can return it immediately to the delivery agent free of charge.
Once the delivery agent leaves, the product is considered “Accepted” by the customer.
2. Replacement Warranty If you discover a manufacturing defect after the delivery agent has left, please notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the item.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Process: Contact our support team with your order number and photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Refunds Refunds are applicable only if:
You have pre-paid for an order (via bKash/Nagad/Bank), and we are unable to fulfill it due to stock unavailability.
In such cases, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
